Having worked with businesses ranging from small service companies to established SMEs, Jacek understands the unique challenges that owner-managed businesses face: the need to do more with less, scale without proportional headcount growth, and build operations that don't depend on any single person.
SentiGrow combines operational consulting with hands-on engineering: we design the workflow, then build and run the system that executes it — bespoke ERPNext-based platforms, Microsoft Power Platform and Google Workspace automation. Every improvement is designed to directly impact your bottom line.
